Terms of Use
Last updated:
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern the website, software platform, and related services provided by MyAIDepartments through myaidepartments.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use the service for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate, current information, protect your account credentials, and report unauthorized access without delay.
You are responsible for activity under your account and the permissions you give to team members.
3. Service scope
MyAIDepartments may provide a unified inbox for supported communications channels, a single profile for customer history, AI-assisted sales and support workflows, commerce connections, automations, social media replies, campaign tools, CRM, and reporting.
Specific features, integrations, and usage limits may vary by plan, technical eligibility, and third-party platform availability. Service descriptions do not guarantee that a feature is available to every account or at all times unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Authorized platform connections
You may connect Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other third-party accounts only when you are authorized to connect those accounts. Connections are established through the relevant platform's authorization screen and permissions.
You can revoke access through the platform account or MyAIDepartments. When an integration is disconnected, related access tokens and connection-specific platform data are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third-party platform rules.
- Obtain permissions and consents required for messaging, bulk communications, and marketing activities.
- Do not send spam, phishing, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading content.
- Do not access another person's data, account, or content without authorization.
- Do not attempt to test or bypass security, reverse engineer the service, or use automation that disrupts its operation.
- Do not upload malicious code or generate traffic that exceeds reasonable use limits.
6. Customer content and authority
You retain rights in content you upload or transfer through connected channels. You give us only the limited authority needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and legal bases needed to transfer customer data, product information, messages, lists, and accounts to the service. We may remove unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.
7. AI and automated actions
AI-generated replies, product recommendations, and automated actions can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for configuring automation rules, setting required human approvals, and checking the accuracy of content sent to customers.
You must not rely on AI output as professional legal, financial, or medical advice. The accuracy of order, stock, shipment, and return information depends on data from connected systems and your configuration.
8. Third-party services
The service can connect with third-party platforms. Their service terms, developer policies, data practices, and technical limitations also apply. Changes made by a third party may affect the scope or availability of an integration.
We do not control suspension of your third-party account, changes to API access, or platform-originated outages.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the MyAIDepartments software, design, brand, documentation, and other service elements belong to MyAIDepartments or its licensors. These terms give you only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service under your agreement.
You may not copy, resell, create derivative products from, or use the MyAIDepartments brand without written permission.
10. Commercial terms
If you purchase a paid plan, the fees, term, usage scope, taxes, and any renewal or cancellation conditions are stated in the order form or commercial proposal presented to you. If there is a conflict, the commercial provisions of a signed order form take priority over these general terms.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, limit, or remove features because of maintenance, security, legal requirements, or changes made by third-party platforms.
When we make a material change to these terms, we will show the updated date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create a security risk, use the service unlawfully, or fail to pay applicable fees. When safe and reasonable, we will try to notify you and allow you to remedy the issue.
You may close your account under the cancellation process in your agreement. After termination, data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
13. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Limits on indirect damages and aggregate liability apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and may be further addressed in your commercial proposal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Contact MyAIDepartments at [email protected] with questions.
